Zoe Smith - Pastry Chef, Baker, Recipe Blogger

I've been baking professionally for over a decade. I have a diploma in Baking and Pastry Arts Management from George Brown College in Toronto, and a French Pastry Professional Training Certificate from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de la Patisserie in Yssingeaux, France. I've worked in bakeries, cafes, restaurant commissaries and in recipe and product development.

I've decided to take my work home with me, develop and perfect my favourite recipes, and bake a few custom cakes along the way.​
